Pick-up & Drop-off Procedures During Office Hours
ARRIVALS

On arrival at Aberdeen Airport, collect baggage and proceed to the courtesy telephone situated beside the baggage reclaim carousel. Press the button for ‘Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental’, once your call is connected please provide the rental operator with your name. You will be informed of the shuttle bus collection location. Proceed to the front of the terminal building and once outside the terminal, cross the road and to the left is the shuttle bus pick up point. Please note transfer to rental branch will take approximately 25 minutes.

DEPARTURES
During office hours, rental vehicles must be returned to our branch on Canal Road, Mounthooly, Aberdeen. Upon return to the branch your vehicle will be ‘checked-in’ prior to your transfer to Aberdeen Airport in our shuttle bus. Please allow at least 45-50 minutes for your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Departures Outside Office Hours

DEPARTURES
•  Please park rental vehicle in the ‘Short Stay Car Park’ at   Aberdeen Airport.
•  Please ensure you have removed all your belongings from the rental vehicle before locking it securely.
•  Clearly mark the registration number of your rental vehicle and the area of the car park where the vehicle is located (eg A, B, C, D etc) 
  on the car park ticket you were issued with. You must take this ticket with you - do not leave ticket in rental vehicle.
•  Proceed to our courtesy telephone situated to the right of the ‘Main Information Desk’ inside the terminal building.
•  Press the button for ‘Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental’. Once connected leave a message on our answering machine clearly stating which area of the car park the vehicle has been left, the vehicle registration number and the time when returned.
•  Please drop the vehicle keys and car parking ticket in the box marked ‘Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental’ next to the telephone.

FLIGHTS ARRIVING WITHIN HALF HOUR OF CLOSING WILL REQUIRE AN OUT OF HOURS CHARGE.
OPERATING HOURS - The last shuttle bus return will be half an hour before branch closing time.

OUT OF HOURS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Where the flight arrives after our closing time, there will be a charge of £100 to meet customer. Please note we will only meet up until 11pm.

Arrivals On arrival at Edinburgh Airport, collect baggage and proceed to the UK Arrivals area where you will find our courtesy phone situated on the wall to the right hand side of the exit door. Dial the phone number listed on the wall.
Once your call is connected please provide the rental operator with your name. The shuttle bus collection point is bus stance 1.
To find the collection point from the terminal exit, walk straight through the multistorey car park ahead, and when you reach the other side you will see bus stance 1 (first one on the right). The transfer to the rental branch will take approximately 5 minutes. We are not in the car rental village.

• If you are departing outside of office hours your rental vehicle must be returned to the PremiAir car park round the corner from the rental office.
• Rental vehicle keys should be left with a member of staff at the long stay car park reception.
• The long stay car park will provide a courtesy bus to Edinburgh Airport – you will be transferred to the airport immediately. This journey will take approximately 3 minutes.

On arrival at Glasgow International Airport, collect baggage and proceed to the courtesy telephone situated beside the ‘UK Arrivals Baggage Reclaim’ area. Dial #6138 for ‘Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental’, once your call is connected, please provide the rental operator with your name.
You will be informed of the shuttle bus collection location.
Proceed to the front of the terminal building and once outside the terminal, turn right and follow covered walkway to the end (this is Bute Road).
Please wait at the end of this walkway for our shuttle bus to arrive. Please note transfer to rental branch will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

DEPARTURES
During office hours, rental vehicles must be returned to our branch on Murray Street, Paisley. 
Upon return to the branch your vehicle will be ‘checked-in’ prior to your transfer to Glasgow International Airport in our shuttle bus.
Please allow at least 20-30 minutes for your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Departures Outside Office Hours**
 •  Please park rental vehicle in NCP car park 2 on the first level or above at Glasgow International Airport.
  The ground level is a short stay parking area and any vehicles left there will be charged at the full cost of parking (currently £5 per hour)
•  Leave car park ticket issued in vehicle glove compartment.
•  Please ensure you have removed all your belongings from the rental vehicle before locking it securely.
•  Make a note of the level and row number of the car park where the vehicle is located.
•  DO NOT PARK THE VEHICLE IN THE LONG STAY CAR PARK.
•  Proceed to the courtesy telephone situated beside the ‘UK Arrivals Baggage Reclaim’ area. Dial #6138 for ‘Arnold Clark Car & Van
  Rental’. Once connected leave a message on our answering machine clearly stating which car park number and what level & row of the
  car park the vehicle has been left in.

Upon return to the branch your vehicle will be ‘checked in’ prior to your transfer to Prestwick Airport in our shuttle bus.
Please allow at least 20-30 minutes for your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

 •  Please return your rental vehicle to ‘Watson’s Ayr Park’.
•  ‘Watson’s Ayr Park’ is open 24 hours.
•  Rental vehicle keys should be left with a member of staff at ‘Watson’s Ayr Park’ reception.
•  ‘Watson’s Ayr Park’ will provide a courtesy bus to Prestwick Airport - please note this journey will take approximately 15 minutes.

On arrival at Inverness Airport, proceed to the ‘Arrival Lounge’ to collect your baggage. One of our staff members will be waiting for you in the ‘Arrivals Lounge’ displaying an Arnold Clark Rental board. Our shuttle bus will be waiting outside of the terminal building ready to transfer you to our Inverness Airport branch where you will collect your rental vehicle.
Please note our Inverness Airport branch is a 30 minute drive from the terminal building.

DEPARTURES
During office hours, rental vehicles must be returned to our branch on Harbour Road, Inverness.
Upon return to the branch your vehicle will be ‘checked-in’ prior to your transfer to Inverness Airport in our shuttle bus.
Please allow at least 45 minutes for your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Departures Outside Office Hours**
•  Please park rental vehicle in the National Car Park (NCP) at Inverness Airport.
•  Leave car park ticket issued in vehicle glove compartment or sun visor.
•  Please ensure you have removed all your belongings from the rental vehicle before locking it securely.
•  Proceed to the ‘Information Desk’ inside the terminal building, immediately through the automatic doors by the public telephone on the left hand side. 
  Please drop the vehicle keys in the key drop off box.
